North Covington Water Association, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Payments are due by the 15th of each month to avoid late fees.

Checking or Savings Account

Pay your bill using your checking or savings account. You can pay online by clicking on the PAY YOUR BILL NOW link on this page. To pay by phone, please call (601-797-2121). These transactions will be handled as an ACH payment. 

NOTE: Paystar fees for using a checking or savings account to make your payment are ONLY $1.00. 

 

Debit or Credit Card

Pay online by clicking on the PAY YOUR BILL NOW link on this page or call (601-797-2121) to pay by phone. We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

NOTE: Paystar fees for using a debit or credit card to make payments will vary depending upon the amount you are paying.

 

Automatic Bank Draft (FREE)

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. The amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account each month and credited to your utility account. You will continue to receive a monthly bill and you may stop the draft for any reason as needed. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply come by the office and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form. We will need a copy of a voided check to set this up. 

 

Mail

If you are mailing your payment, please include your payment coupon. If you do not have your payment coupon, please write your account number on your check or money order. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least ten business days before the due date specified on your bill.

We always enjoy visiting with our Members. You are always welcome to come inside to make your payment. 

After hours please use the black drop box located just to the left of the office door. 

 

Financial Institution 

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account and will send a check to pay your bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please note:  it may take up to TEN business days for these types of payments to reach us by mail.
